BSDR Filling and Capping Machine (100-1000ML)
Brief introduce
The machine is mainly suitable for 100-1000ml round glass bottles for liquid filling, capping action.
Principle
This machine adopts automatic conveying belt bottles, when the bottle reaches the filling station, there will be the cylinder automatic stopping bottles, using measuring pump filling, metering pump driven by the cylinder moves up and down, ensure filling accuracy. After filling, the cylinder will be automatically recovered, bottle goes ahead and reaches capping station, after the completion of capping continue to bottle feeding conveyor to the next station. The entire machine electrical control, no bottle no filling, no bottle no less cover, frequency control, simple operation, easy to maintain. Machine worktops are stainless steel 304, where it is in contact with the liquid is 316L.
