A, Description
This equipment is suitable for waterish granulat or powdery materials in pharmaceutical industry, food industry and chemical industry, especially suit for the big granulat and small blocky with stickiness produced by GHL Type Wet Method Mixing Granulator, as well as polyacrylamide, knojak and so on.
B, Work Principle
The air is sucted into container by fan after heating and cleansing, via multihole, shape the fluidization under the action of stirring and negative pressure, gases and solid contact extensively, the water be evaporated rapidly and be taken away via the vent-pipe, so the materials are dried rapidly.
C, Greatest Advantages
1, The container is sealed by the bellow pot. 2, fluidized bed is round, avoid dead angle. 3, installed the stirring apparatus, avoid the clot of moist materials and the ditch during drying, dry the materials homogeneously and rapidly. 4, The filter on the top of machine is anti-static special fiber, in favor of safe operation.
5, operated at sealed negative pressure and designed by GMP. 6, Dry rapidly, it will takes 20-30min for one batch.
