Description
The filling pump is ceramic pump double filling heads. It is easy to clean. It is able to wear and tear. There is no O-ring and seal gasket in the pump, so there is no impurity, and do not pollute the liquid. Besides, the filling precision of this pump is high. According to the customer's requirement, they can be changed with peristaltic pumps. Filling is completed, into the next station, the robot vacuum suction stopper and cap reliable, no oil contamination.
Stopper-adding and cover-adding part: The mechanical hands of the machine absorb the stopper and cover with vacuum by rotation of the cam. The mechanical cam control the lift, so the stopper-adding and cover-adding precision is high. The part of plugging cover has capping motor which can control and complete a corrective and probably capping, in order to increase the qualified rate. with no bottle not on the inner stopper, no inner plug not on the cover features. (Double suction plug, suction cover)
Capping parts use the transverse torque and automatic slipping unit. So it does not hurt the cover. The bottles don't follow with the capping head, the turntable does not hurt the bottle, so the design protects the beautiful of the packaging material.
The machine is controlled by touch screen and made with alarm.
