Semi-automatic capsule filling machine
This machine is integrated with mechanial, electrial, ligth and pneumatic components, and the whole system is controlled by PLC, which can be operated in man-interface and with frequency converter. It can automatically finish the action of location, separation, filling, locking etc for capsule, reduce labor strength, and improve production efficiency, accord with the requirement of medicine sanitary.
Both pellet and powder can be fillied by using this machine. The parts contacting with the medicine are made of stainless steel. It is an ideal equipment with high accuracy for dosage, ease of operation for filling capsule in pharmaceutical industry. It is suitable for filling various domestic or imported capsules.
