(A) Function:
1. May inspect if there is anything wrong for batch number etc. on the label;
2. Even the digital number position changed, it doesn't impact the detection;
3. Error can be shown on the screen if it detected and give a signal (for rejection);
4. Drug code can be detected as well.
(B)Detection mode:
1. Use camera for image capture;
2. Use GIGE image processing software to inspect the error and defect automatically in the printing
area.
(C)Light mode:
Direct LED light.
(D)System accuracy:detecting rate up to 99.9%
Detecting time:
1. High speed black/white Genie M640 camera frame rate 64FPS, that is, the fastest speed of camera
is 64times/sec. Single photo time is about 15.6ms/time.
2. Image processing time ≤20ms. The image processing time has something to do with CPU and
graphic card in your computer;
3. The communication time with PLC data less than 1ms.
4. Totaling ≤37ms(60000/h).
5. Based on 800 bottles/min.,every individual bottle labeling time 75ms,enough for the camera
to complete all photographic processing job.
(1)Adhesive surface requirement
1.Adhesive paper with good permeability (water absorption) like chrome paper etc.
2.Though special quick drying ink being used, the ink is dried by permeate in the
paper. The adhesive surface should not be laminated.
(2)Special ink cartridge
1.TB-LH-BZ cartridge is an imported special cartridge used for labeling machine with
a feature of quick dry, scratch resistance,water-proof and easy maintenance for the
nozzle.
2. One cartridge is enough for printing 300-500 thousand labels ( for 3 line
information).
(3)program edit and loading
1. Use special software in the computer, as simple as use WORD operation.
2. May set any font type and size, insert any picture and drag position.
3. Save the ready edited file into a CF card and insert the printing system then begin printing.
