Clean room FFU




FFU: is short for Fan Filter Unit, can be modular connected. FFU is widely used in clean rooms, clean benches, clean production lines and assembled type clean rooms. It's usually equipped with pre filter and HEPA filter (even ULPA air filter), the air is drawn into the fan from the top of FFU and filtered by the 2 air filters, then the filtered clean air will be constantly supplied out in the speed of 0.45M/S±20%. FFU is self - powered and unlimited by area, now it's the most popular choice for those high cleanliness required clean rooms or workshops  in semi conductor, electronic, display, bio industries and other locations where air pollution control is a critical requirements for its high efficiency, easy installation, long time working, infinite speed variation, low noise and low vibration.

2.How can I change hepa filter of fan filter unit?
 
Dear,you need clamp up to the ceiling,and hang up the FFU,take the dirty HEPA filter out.
 
Then put new HEPA filter in,put FFU cabinet.
 
3.What's the HEPA filter efficiency,I want to use ULPA filter,what can I do?
 
Standard type HEPA filter for FFU is H13:99.99% 0.3um Or H14:99.999% 0.3um.
 
Sure,our Fan filter unit can equipped with ULPA filter at U15,U16 or more highest efficiency U17.
