USAGE
The machine is a new generation roller type high-speed blister packaging machine. It can be used to pack capsule, tablet, milk slice, candy, electronic appliance with aluminum-plastic and paper-plastic. After blister packing, the packed product come to the next stap-cartoning. The line is applied widely to the industry of pharmaceutical, food, chemical hardware and so on.
PRINCIPLE
The plastic sheet (PVC) is formed to blister by mould after heating. The stuff will be fed into the blister through feeding system. Then they are heating-sealed and packed by roller. At last, the blanking mould cut them to the cards. The cards will be transferred to next process-cartoning machine through outlet.
CHARACTER
This machine innovatively uses the design of light, electricity, gas integration and has the advantage of plane and cylinder type blister packing machine. It adopts special vibration tube type feeder to feed, PLC to control, servo motor to step. The mould is easy to change. When change the blister cards size, it is OK to modify the date in touch screen. No crosswise waste, no need people to work. Every year, a machine can save 280, 000 yuan of material, labour, and workshop. The machine is completely met with GMP requirement.
